Diving to Repairing Buoys, Collecting Trash Under The Sea at Koh Wai, Trat Province


On 12th December, 2021 Department of Marine and Coastal Resources by Department of Marine and Coastal Resources No1 (Rayong) together with 20 volunteer divers repairing mooring buoy equipment. Bo Bay area, Koh Wai 5 buoys.

And collecting trash along the coral reefs at Koh Wai Pakarang, Koh Klum, Koh Chang District, Trat Province, received 1,230 kg of waste for this activity according to the objectives for the community to cooperate with all sectors promote awareness of the value of marine resources as for mooring buoys, it can be a mooring point for public vessels, help support tourism It is economically beneficial along with the awareness of marine natural resources conservation.
